Master Benjamin Tan
Ordained Priest, Taoist Federation (Singapore)

 

In addition to being Special Committee Member of the Taoist Federation (Singapore), Master Ben also serves as Council Member of Singapore’s Inter-Religious Organisation (IRO). Since 2018, Master Benjamin Tan has been leading the Taoist Federation Prayer Group in representing the Federation in IRO blessings, prayers, rituals and sharing of Taoist knowledge. During the Appointment Ceremony of Roses of Peace (ROP) Ambassadors 2021 & Launch of Faithfully Yours Conversation Series, Master Ben received his appointment as Honorary ROP Ambassador and Mentor to the 3rd batch of ROP Ambassadors from President Halimah Yacob on February 21, 2021.

Phra Goh Chun Kiang 
Advisor, Buddhist Youth Network 

Phra Goh Chun Kiang (Buddhist Name: Venerable Adhibalo) was ordained in 2008, under the Theravada Tradition of the Thai Dhammayut sect at Santi Forest Monastery in Johor, Malaysia. Phra Goh is actively involved in various Buddhist youth groups. He serves as a Religious Advisor in the Singapore Polytechnic Buddhist Society, the Nanyang Polytechnic Buddhist Society, and also the Buddhist Youth Network.

 

Phra Goh is also active in various youth inter-religious dialogues. In 2007, Phra Goh participated in the Singapore Interfaith Youth Forum. In 2013, he became a Youth Member of the Inter-Religious Organisation, Singapore (IRO).

Founder and President, hash.peace

Nazhath Faheema is the Founder and President of hash.peace - a youth-led advocacy organisation dedicated to the work of sustainable social harmony in Singapore. She is also the Chairperson of Jamiyah Singapore (Muslim Missionary Society of Singapore).

 

Faheema is engaged in activating inter-belief and inter-ethnic conversations that enable a more potent social cohesion. She also undertakes efforts to counter extremist ideologies and exclusive mindsets that are harmful to the unity of people.

​

Faheema has been recognised as Gen. T List Honouree by Tatler Asia for the awareness she creates through her advocacy and as a Changemaker Alumni by Singapore Management University for her passionate work in promoting racial and religious harmony.

​

Faheema is currently pursuing her Masters in Asian Studies at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS).
